“Come now,” you’re surely think as you give your head a scratch, “poetry isn’t the only part of literature. A literary magazine must have prose, right?” And right you are–a literary magazine typically contains literature of many varieties, with poetry only making up part of the umbrella term ‘literature’, with prose, prosetry, and non-fiction fitting in the category as well.
